Итак! Начнём! Два года назад мы с мужем брали в этом банке ипотеку, казалось бы все сделали быстро грамотно пока в этом году 2020 не начали оформлять документы на единовременные выплаты за рождение первого ребёнка. И тут начались проблемы с этим банком, каждый день я бываю в этом банке и ничего нового я не слышу, только больше нерв и разочарования!!! Расскажу вам вкратце. подали документы на выплату нам 300тыс за первого ребёнка ражденого в 2018 году в январе и мы попали на выплату этих средст) Мы решили их пустить на погошение ипотеки мы обрадовались! Рано радовались оказывается!((( Сейчас мы уже должны были получить эти средства (в конце марта) но всегда найдётся это НО! В договоре купли продажи квартиры нету нужной информации нету ссылки на ДКП.! Как мне сказали сотрудники банка УРАЛСИБа, из-за человеческого фактора произошла ошибка и они пропустили эту информацию!(( А документы уже прошли каким-то образом одобрения и все проверки по ипотеки! Сейчас подали с дедушкой который продавал нам эту квартиру в МФЦ согласие на замену этого документа и пошли по первому кругу начала платить то за это то за то((( Ведь как мне сказали платите сами а не дедушка ведь это в ваших интересах!!!((( Это ещё ни все! Если нам не заменят этот ДКП то нам нужно будет тратиться на юриста и судится с банком УРАЛСИБом!( Сказать что я возмущена ни сказать ничего!!!! ТАК ЧТО ЛЮДИ КОТОРЫЕ ХОТЯТ БРАТЬ И ОФОРМЛЯТЬСЯ В ЭТОМ БАНКЕ ПОДУМАЙТЕ СОТНИ ТЫСЯЧ РАЗ !!!!

Ужасный банк,работают еле еле ,одобрили ипотеку ,по окончании после сбора всех документов оказалось что одобрили сумму меньше чем оказалось ранее,зря потраченные нервы и деньги. Не ногой туда больше!
