Очень долго проходят платежи на карту банка, с которой списывают платежи ипотеки. В среднем это минимум 48 часов (при условии что денежные средства на карте появляются сразу, а на картсчет отправляются через 48-72 часа). В связи с этим платежи за ипотеку приходится пополнять за неделю и более если дни платежа попадаются на праздники. Неважно с какого банка пополняете счет Уралсиба(карту) проверено со Сбербанка, Тинькофф, ВТБ. Ко всему этому за перевод именно в этот банк указанные банки просят от 800 до 1500р (при условии перечисления 30-40т.р) Это очень дико для 21 века и черт бы с комиссией на перевод, но СРОКИ!!!
