Вопиющий не профессионализм, гонор, пренебрежительное отношение к клиентам. Проводили ипотечную сделку, обратная связь отсутствует, за 12 часов до сделки узнали, что менеджер Елена не соизволила нас записать (хотя агент при мне звонила и записывалась) Потеряли 4 дня.Неприятное ощущение. Единственное светлое пятно- Ирина (6 касса).Спасибо ей. Отдельный вопрос к юристам банка. Господа юристы, вы разницу между Распиской и Соглашением о взаиморасчетах знаете? Вы считаете возможным сваливать всё в одну кучу и передавать ЭТО своему заемщику? А ведь ему еще с ЭТИМ идти в налоговую и позориться. – показать

из -за неверно составленного договора нам повысили процентную ставку по ипотеке - видите ли договор не редактируется. Сотрудник Максим некомпетентен. при заключении договора уже было известно что застройщик задерживает сдачу - но тем не менее сроки поставили первоначальные, так, что у нас не было и шанса оформить все необходимые документы по праву собственности вовремя. но при этом уверенно заявлял что процент нам не повысят - якобы банк пойдет на встречу клиенту. Будем менять банк и рефинансироваться, с таким отношением к клиентам там делать нечего.
