Кодировали человека на 10 лет, через 7месяцев человек начал пить , клиентский сервис ужастный , менеджер по телефону не тактичен и груб , это не медпомощ это сплошной бизнес и выманивание денег играя на чувствах и проблемах людей, не кому не рекомендую! Не каких гарантий, сорвался сам виноват плати еще больше!

Ужасно, сплошной обман!!! Кодировали папу от алкоголизма. Отдали 8000 за кодирование. В клинике сказали что если пройдем консультацию у психолога лечение в случае срыва будет бесплатным. отдали ещё 4000 за эту консультацию. Через 3 месяца он начал пить. Позвонила в клинику, напомнила о бесплатном лечении, так они заявили, что прежде чем лечить его надо раскодировать за 4000 руб. Не понимаю в чем заключается бесплатная помощь?? что за обман??!!
