Здравствуйте! Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о банке Союз АКБ. На мой взгляд это чудесный банк, где работает грамотный, терпеливый (!) персонал. Банк меня очень выручил, нужно было быстро перевести деньги без открытия счета и мне не пришлось долго ждать, как это было в Сбербанке, где я безрезультатно прождала битых 3 часа. Проценты очень низкие и не жалко с таким чудесным обслуживанием. Находится банк около метро, пешком идти минуты 3. Внутри все очень чисто и красиво сделано, он небольшой по площади. Очень довольна и рекомендую всем!

Уважаемые руководство банка союз. Обращаюсь к вам от лица кассиров вашего банка, у меня.отрадное. Чтоб они не высказывали своё мнение клиентам "что мы их бедных и несчастных, за людей не считаем когда припераемся в 17:45-17:50." Сделать работу кассы не до 18-ти а хотя-бы до 17-ти часов. Иначе страну просрём, всё на этих бедных и несчастных девочках держиться🙏 Заранее благодарю

4 окна работают, но людей не вызывают, хотя очередь 9 чел. Все сотрудники заняты своей "очень важной работой" Делал перевод собственных средств из личного кабинета. Операция проведена "успешно". Ночью звонил сотрудник банка, чтобы уточнить для перевода дату моего рождения🤦🏼‍♂️ Тоже сказал, что всё ок, а утром я получаю СМС, что в переводе ОТКАЗАНО! Вы серьёзно!? Для простейших операций затрачивпется ОГРОМНОЕ количество времени! Худший банк!

Полный отстой приехал получить птс послле полного погашения кредита взял талон вызвали сидит дитя и говорит что не знает как выдать птс не предупредиа что нужно брать новый талон в обшем проторчал 2 часаполный капец

Кошмар… заехали с мужем по быстрому получит перевод Юнистрим и золотую корону, прошло 40 минут до сих пор сидим, девушка оформляет документы… нонсенс, первый раз такое встречаем чтоб час оформляли документы для получения перевода! Очень медленно!!! Это огромный минус с московском ритме!!!! Так работать нельзя!!!!!
