Поражает крайне низкая квалификация некоторых сотрудников, незнание проведения элементарных операций. Сегодня около часа провели у окна №4 у Алины Аветисян. Не знала, как осуществить перевод евро по международному банковскому счету. Долго сидела в задумчивости, подперев лицо ладошками, потом куда то звонила, потом ушла спрашивать. Вернувшись, распечатала кучу бумаг, стала внимательно их изучать, в итоге оказалось, что у нас неполная информация о зарубежном банке. А сразу об этом нельзя было предупредить? Спросили, какая будет комиссия при переводе 66 евро- ответила, что 30 долларов (????). Попросили уточнить, Опять куда -то надолго ушла. Дождались, Ответила, что 1000 руб. Спросили, по какому курсу евро с нас будут списывать эту тысячу. Ответ убил : " По обычному. Идите в кассу и смотрите. Мы не знаем, какой сейчас курс". Если сотрудник банка не знает НИЧЕГО, то почему он там работает? Кто допускает таких специалистов до работы? Час времени потрачен зря. Мы в шоке от такого обслуживания.

Несколько дет назад закрылся филиал банка в г. Кириши Ленинградской области,клиентов не удосужились уведомить о закрытии филиала.Но теперь от имени СКБ банка звонят неопределенные лица,требующие выполнения обязательств перед банком по договору,причем с угрозами, с тюремным жаргоном.Вынуждают обращаться в правоохранительные органы и к юристам.Данные о долге отправить любым удобным способом отказываются,пришлось привлечь к решению вопроса Юридическую кампанию.
