Сегодня была в банке, встретили радушно, вопрос неординарный, нужна была помощь . помогла сотрудница, объяснила рассказала. молодец. Имя не посмотрела . она сидела ближе всех ко входу ( через один стол вроде. большая благодарность. огромная благодарность. не зря я выбрала этот банк

Отвратительный банк в вопросах обслуживания клиентов В выходные не работает Всегда очереди Персонал постоянно меняется Работает всегда по 4 операциониста, а рабочих мест 8!!! Операциониста всегда тратят много времени на поход в кабинет управляющего на подписание - уйдут и отсутствуют по три минуты По продуктам претензий нет, только поэтому ставлю оценку 2, а не 1

Решил попробовать оформить кредитную карту этого банка. Пришёл в филиал, объяснил, что хочу: менеджер сразу предложил несколько вариантов, сравнил плюсы и минусы. Оформили за 20 минут, всё чётко, без лишних вопросов.

Брали вторичку, оформляли ипотеку. Консультант нам все подробно рассказала в том числе и про документы. Все прошло даже быстрее чем я ожидал, осталась доволен работой банка, проблем не возникло.
