В последнее время посетителей стало больше, так как закрыли некоторые отделения других банков. Помещение стало маловато. Внутри душновато. Операторов мало. А так, нормальный банк. Обслуживание быстрое. Вежливые операторы.

Хочу выразить благодарность менеджеру (если не ошибаюсь, Александр) за то, что помог разобраться в условиях рефинансирования, взвесить все за и против. После такого обслуживания уже не боишься оформлять ипотеку или кредиты в банке.

Впервые побывал в этом банке. Пришлось посетить отделение, чтобы оформить потребительский кредит. Понравилось, что оформили быстро, все объяснили. Возможно, мне попался опытный менеджер. Но в любом случае, я доволен обслуживанием.

Тут что работают необученные люди? Почему они постоянно дёргают со своими вопросами,от незнания, одну девушку? В итоге вообще вся работа у них стоит. Люди сидят на иголках в очереди.

Просто отвратительное впечатление, какую то соц.карту оформляют не один час. Очередь не двигается, за то кредиты потребительские без очереди. Специалисты работают медленно, управляющая на вопросы отвечает не охотно и убегает. Все в одной очереди. Ужасное отделение.
