Сотрудники не компетентны. Не могут дать объяснение и ответы на возникшие вопросы, в частности по текущему кредиту. Условия жёсткие, нет возможности даже рефинансировать. По данному поводу и разговаривать отказываются,тогда как в иных банках давно существует данная услуга. И до администрации не достучаться.

Отвратительное хамское обслуживание. Девочкам надо быть попроще, уж не миллионы получают на своей работе, чтобы с клиентами так себя вести.

Сам по себе банк и услуги, возможно не плохой (сотрудники, вроде, компетентны), но обслуживание очень медленное. Иногда физических лиц вообще никто не обслуживает. Однажды пришлось ждать 2 часа, пока "сотрудница вернётся с обеда". Если вам нужно "по-быстрому" получить или перевести деньги, то крайне рекомендую.

Уважаемая Alina, здравствуйте! Просим вас уточнить дату (даты) и время, когда вы обращались в офис и сталкивались с такими ситуациями. Какого числа вам пришлось ожидать сотрудницу 2 часа? Будем благодарны за обратную связь и обязательно проверим работу офиса.
