Руководство там хорошее и работают чётко. Операционистки глуповаты, не знают продуктов банка.

Обслуживание медленнее чем один человек в полчаса. Три рабочих места и только один оператор работает. Как в нормальном банке есть другой оператор, листает что-то тихонько, а на третьем рабочем месте просто нет никого. К тому же в филиале отчётливо воняет пищевыми отходами. Где-то в офисе весело ржут сотрудники, которым нравится такая работа

Зарплатный клиент банка. Очень удобно, что отделение находится возле дома) банкомат работает с картами paypass) ну и обслуживание — менеджеры, кассиры — соответствующее) очередей практически не бывает

Обслуживаюсь в отделении банка СПБ по услуге “PRIVATE BANKING”, т.к. слишком плотный график жизни. Сотрудники готовы помочь мне круглосуточно и без выгодных, есть личный менеджер. Оформлял вклад в банке и премиальную карту. Более, чем доволен. До вип-кабинета, как с обычным клиентом, тоже всегда быстро, грамотно и вежливо общались! Вклад не получилось закрыть дистанционно-единственный минус.
