Работает 1 банкомат, 1 касса в кассовой зоне, на стойке информации никого нет, на втором этаже у стойки так же нет сотрудника. Куда идти к кому обращаться разбирайся сам. Потрачен час времени 25.02.22. Отвратительный банк

Поочерёдно попались два вежливых юноши-сотрудника, а также расторопная администраторка. Очереди в 18.30 в будний день не было. Сотрудники на вопросы ответили подробно, просьбу выполнили чётко.

Операционистка за 7 окошком дезинформировала намеренно. Талон L106, 16:24. Пришлось ехать в другое отделение только потому, что ей не хочется ничего делать. Врёт и не краснеет. 3 из 3 отзывов об этом отделении негативные. Мб стоит что-то менять, нестерпимо уважаемые?

Насколько я помню, "безумных" очередей здесь нет. Максимальное время моего ожидания в электронной очереди составило около 10 минут. Сотрудники компетентны, помогают по любому вопросу. 5 из 5 без вопросов. Если бы работали по воскресеньям, вообще цены бы не было этому отделению 👍

Красивейшее отделение. В пятницу вечером никого. Совсем никого не было, кроме меня. Приходила заблокировать карту и оформить Единую Карту Петербуржца. Всё прекрасно, быстро, вежливо. Интерьеры действительно впечатляют, если не смотреть на диванчики ) Зачем-то стоит кофе-автомат, хотя туалет не был замечен. Карту оформили, а забирать в другом, удобном мне, отделении по готовности. Приятное обслуживание. Я рада.
