Могу сказать, что таких возможностей нет ни в одном мною изученном личном кабинете. Когда появилась возможность открывать счета и заказывать карты, я был рад, но особенно хочу отметить возможность погашать кредит досрочно через интернет -банк. Я ипотечный клиент, стараюсь каждый месяц помимо обязательного платежа вносить дополнительно, сокращая срок. Раньше надо было приехать в офис. отстоять очередь и написать заявление. Теперь же я прихожу вечером с работы и заполняю за 10 секунд заявление в л ичном кабинете. Спасибо за экономию времени клиентов. – показать

банк очень плохой, с клиентами разговаривают грубо, даже помочь не могут. Зачем такой банк нужен? C парковкой бардак. Если не умеете обслуживать клиентов, зачем вы нужны?
