Согласна с отзывом про пандус: зачем его делать, если открываешь первую стеклянную дверь, а дальше... ступеньки! Детский уголок на деле икеевский столик, стульчики, бумага и карандаши. Сотрудники банка нервно реагируют на ребёнка 2 лет, который в силу возраста не может сидеть спокойно и 5 минут. А управляющая так вообще сделала мне замечание, что у ребенка слишком громко играет музыка на игрушке. Кхэээм. Так вы приспособьте все, чтобы маленький ребёнок был занят игрой, пока мама ждёт в очереди, потому что остолопы сотрудники не могут догадаться и пропустить маму с ребёнок через одного, а не сидеть, ждать очереди из 8 человек. Вместо этого сидят недовольно, цыкают, делают замечание. Ребёнок им видите ли мешает работать.

С коляской не заехать.По улице сделан пандус,а через двери не проехать.Делал видимо тот,кто и понятия не имеет как тяжело с коляской в помещение заехать.Проход между дверей узкий не развернуть коляску,еще и чертовы порожки.Держать дверь и пихать коляску там невозможно!

Дорого время и нервы,обходите этот "банк" стороной!Звонком заказал сумму к обналичиванию.Милая девушка заверила,что в четверг инкассация доставит деньги в филиал,а в пятницу с 9 утра могу получить.Как вы уже догадались,денег в "конторке" не оказалось!На вопросы по решению сложившейся ситуации(срывалась сделка по недвижимости),ответа было 2:"нет,нам очень жаль" и "не знаем".Причину отсутствия заказанной суммы объяснили плохой погодой(буду честен,на улице,действительно,было пасмурно).
