Вообще не работают, Отвечают, что ничем не могут помочь! Моя проблема была в том, что не было доступа к личному кабинету т.к. забыл логин и пароль, а карта привязана к старому номеру телефона! Я нахожусь в другом городе и не могу получить доступ к своим средствам! На что мне ответили - цитирую слова оператора: "Ближайший к вам филиал находится в городе Новосибирске, можете попробовать получить доступ к карте воспользовавшись этим филиалом" Вы в своем уме?! В стране такое происходит, передвижение ограниченно, да и до Новосибирска (1500 км), билеты туда обратно стоят больше чем на этой карте денег есть! В общем просто ужасный банк, никогда бы не воспользовался вашими услугами, если бы не приходилось! Позор 21 век на дворе, а я ваш клиент, пользуюсь услугами и ПЛАЧУ ЗА ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ!И при этом не могу получить доступ к карте!

Только матерные слова могу подобрать к этому банку,забрали оригиналы документов и отправили в архив,хотя обещали вернуть в случае отказа,предлогал им сделать копии документов,они категорически сказали нет,не волнуйтесь молодой человек,если что вернем
