Приходится подождать в очереди. И немало. Но понравилось очень приятное и заботливое обслуживание работников. Даже прождав почти час, но получив такое хорошее обслуживание, никакого негативного осадка от ожидания не осталось. Работа ребят понравилась.

В отделении всегда немноголюдно, но менеджеры работают хуже некуда. Первый раз просидела там час!!!! из-за того,что меня забыли перенаправить в кассу. Зато менеджеры в это время ни в чем себя не ограничивали и громко обсуждали мужчину- клиента, который сидел рядом со мной в этот момент. Когда я пришла второй раз, менеджер на столько не хотел работать,что пытался соврать о том,что заявления в банке по выходным писать нельзя. Разговаривал дерзко и ничего не объяснял. Ни о каком качественном обслуживании с такой клиенториентированностью речи быль не может!
