Столкнулась с этим банком и очень пожалела. Изначально все было нормально. Сотрудники мило улыбались, помогали в оформлении кредитной карты. Все мучения начались когда я ее получила и сняла первую сумму. Платежи всегда вносились своевременно и в полном объеме, но тем не менее сотрудники банка постоянно названивали с требованиями доплатить какую-то недостающую сумму. Взяла 50000 рублей под 27% годовых. После полного погашения еще долго звонили и предъявляли претензии. Разобрались только после моего приезда к ним в офис. Больше к ним не обращусь.

Являюсь клиентом данного банка давно, несколько раз оформляла в нем депозиты. Причем в Русском Стандарте проценты на порядок выше, чем в других банках. Для примера в прошлом году оформляла депозит со ставкой 11,5%, когда в других банках они были не больше 10,5%. Удобно еще и то, что кредитные специалисты банка находятся практически на каждой крупной точке нашего города (магазины бытовой техники, салоны сотовой связи, мебельные магазины) и кредитные условия не хуже, чем у других банков. Частенько позванивают работники банка, в том числе и с Москвы, предлагают как постоянному клиенту особые условия для кредитов и вкладов, что конечно приятно, но иногда надоедает. И мне не нравится то, что банкоматов и офисов очень мало по городу, и для меня проблемно снять деньги с карты...
