Подруга хотела здесь кредит оформить. Пришли в это отделение, была очередь, поэтому долго сидели ждали. Далее подруга подала заявку на кредит наличными и девушка-консультант сказала, что одобрили только кредитную карту! Хотя на карту никакую заявку не подавали мы. Очень недовольна качеством работы сотрудников. Процентные ставки огромные, оформляют абсолютно не то, что просили. Видимо для выполнения плана. Плюс этого отделения только в наличии здесь банкоматов.

Раньше получала заработную плату на карту этого банка, сейчас есть две дебетовые карты русского стандарта с бесплатным обслуживанием. Этим я довольна) а вот кредиты и кредитные карты в этом банке я бы не брала, процентная ставка здесь завышенная очень. Средняя процентная ставка около 40% годовых. Также кроме этого еще и навяжут всякие дополнительные услуги, такие как страхование жизни или от потери работы. Обслуживанием в банке я довольна, все девушки приветливые и вежливые.
