Отвратительное обслуживание. Из трех сотрудников два стажера, которые плстоянно отвлекают одного, кто более менее знает работу. Прождали час, хотя перед нами было только 2 чедовека. Банковские условия направлены на то, чтобы создать больше волокиты для клиентов. Настоятельно рекомендую не пользоваться услугами Русского стандарта, когда вокруг есть другие банки, которые соответствуют мировым стандартам по обслуживанию и прочим критериям!
