Делал вклад в этом банке, мне дали карту "банк в кармане", по которой операции можно проводить как через банкоматы, так и через интернет. Проблем с пользованием через интернет не возникало, а вот с банкоматами один раз этот банк меня сильно подвел. Во-первых, в этом отделении регулярно в районе 10 утра банкоматы стоят без денег, то есть снять с них нечего, во-вторых один раз за несколько дней перед новым годом они ошеломили меня невозможностью снятия наличных в течение 3 дней, и это в то самое время, когда нужно было делать подарки, поэтому для желающих иметь именно дебетовую карту данный банк я не рекомендую!

Как и любой другой филиал этой фирмы,тут персонал не отличился вежливостью.как будно их специально обучают такому отношению к клиентам.плюс-современные сенсорные банкоматы и их доступность(в других отделения банкоматы часто не работают)бывает неисправность дверей,которые открываются с помощью карты,но и она не всегда срабатывает.
