Работают абсолютные хамки, обращалась в 2016 году для того, чтобы отказаться от страховки, так на меня кричали что мне ничем не обязаны на вопрос «а если письмо не дойдёт до вашего офиса, и страховку не вернут, дадите подтверждение, что я у вас сегодня за этим приходила?». Обращалась не раз и по воле случая попадала на одну и ту же девушку, годы идут, а она так и хамит, надменно смотрит, закатывает глаза и не даёт слова сказать. Я начиная с 2016 года раз в год примерно обращалась в банк к сотрудницам, и было одно и то же отношение. Это не значит, что я один раз пришла и злилась 3 года. Это у сотрудниц в порядке вещей.

Сотрудники этого филиала не отличаются вежливостью.хамоваты.причем все!были там несколько раз,но возвращаться туда желания нет.припарковать машину возможности нет,приходилось ставить вдоль дороги,т.к даже во дворе мест нет.единственный плюс-круглосуточно открыто отделение с банкоматами,можно в любое время снять наличные.

какое то странное отделение банка, были там однажды, в общем то сами дураки - кто поедет снимать деньги в 4 часа утра...но было очень боязно - открыта комнатушка, в которой стоит банкомат,ни охранника, никого рядом.... а это все таки прекрасный район нашего города - Автозавод...мне кажется таких отделений вообще не должно быть, ты в этой комнатке как в мышеловке, если кто то захочет тебя ограбить...хотя, наверное, просто ненужно идти туда ночью, хоть и открыты они 24 часа в сутки...
