Кассира на месте нет,прождал кассира 10 минут. Потом кассир решил считать деньги. На это ушло ещё 30 минут. Что за отношение к клиентам.

Пять лет являюсь клиентом Вашего банка и активно пользуюсь всеми предложенными мне банковскими продуктами. Жалоб и нареканий не имела. Однако на протяжении полугода мне ежемесячно поступают звонки от сотрудников банка с предложением по получению кредита наличными до пятисот тысяч. Я после долгих уговоров даю согласие,после чего следует гробовая тишина,до следующего месяца. Полагаю,что все мои обороты являются открытыми,своего материального положения я не скрываю,все кредиты гашу досрочно,обьясните,к чему беспокоить человека,если Вы заведомо знаете итог рассмотрения заявки? По-моему информацию нужно проверять заранее,и не беспокоить человека попусту. Это не профессионально,не нужно разочаровывать своих постоянных и добросовестных клиентов,ими нужно дорожить. Тем более,что именно за наш счет существует Ваша организация. Прошу в дальнейшем не звонить мне и не навязывать банковские продукты без предварительной проверки информации. Спасибо за внимание! И кстати,на официальном сайте оставить отзыв нельзя!!!!

Очень хороший и честный банк. Не один раз выручали меня. Решение по любым вопросам принимается в течение суток. Пользуюсь несколькими кредитными продуктами этого банка уже три года,и очень довольна.Компетентные и доброжелательные сотрудники, отдельно хотелось бы выделить Александру. По всем негативным отзывам могу сказать только одно, ЛЮБОМУ БАНКУ НУЖНО ПЛАТИТЬ СВОЕВРЕМЕННО ОГОВОРЕННУЮ ДОГОВОРОМ СУММУ, А НЕ СВАЛИВАТЬ НЕВОЗМОЖНОСТЬ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЕНИЯ ПЛАТЕЖА НА НЕДОБРОСОВЕСТНОСТЬ БАНКА.
