4ый раз еду закрывать кредитную карту! Не знаю, что за бестолочи там работают, но относиться так к своим обязанностям нельзя! ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО сразу берите копию заявления о закрытии счета, чтобы вам было потом чем аргументировать свои претензии. Но даже с ним мне все равно приходится ездить и писать повторные претензии((

Русский Стандарт - один из крупнейших финансовых институтов федерального значения. Банк предоставляет основной пакет финансовых услуг. Фирма, в которой я работаю, заключила зарплатный проект. Пользоваться карточкой было одно удовольствие, так как можно было снимать деньги во всех банкоматах, без комиссии. Но с 1 декабря, банк резко изменил условия, и теперь снимать без комиссии можно только 6 раз в месяц. Или пользоваться банкоматами РСБ, а их в городе только три. Стало очень не удобно. Но в остальном, ничего плохого сказать не могу, в банке сотрудники вежливые, помогли активировать карту, и настроить мобильный банк. Никаких скрытых сервисов не подключили.

Банк «Русский стандарт» является лидером народного анти — рейтинга самых нелояльных к заемщикам банков, оказывающих беспрецедентное морально-психологическое давление на заемщиков. До настоящего времени, несмотря на изменения в законодательстве, запрещающие скрывать эффективную процентную ставку по кредитам и взымать различные комиссии за выдачу кредита, некоторые банки продолжают наживаться на финансовой безграмотности российского населения.
