Обслуживающий персонал грубый. Не работал терминал который выдавал талоны, была живая очередь. "Свои" люди у них проходили без очереди. На замечания отвечают грубо, швыряют документами.

Сначала в магазине при заполнении анкеты кредитный специалист не изменила телефон. Пришлось ехать в отделение. В отделении телефон изменили. Попросили у специалиста логин и пароль. Сказала позвонить в техподдержку. Звонили 3 раза, каждый раз просили перезванивать через 2-3 дня. В итоге говорят вам нужно опять идти в отделение банка , чтобы заключить договор на мобильное обслуживание!!! Поехали снова. Провёли в банке полтора часа. Результат ноль. Возникла у них какая то системная ошибка и менеджер опять говорит попробуйте перезвонить через 3-4 дня!! Возможно что то решиться. Классный кейс для студентов по банку Русский стандарт). Да, ещё специалист Тимофеева Светлана грубила, и невозможно было даже слова вставить.

Банк, как банк. Пытаются впарить дорогущии кредиты под 27% годовых. Это при ставке рефинансирования ЦБ 7%. Не плохая прибыль в 400%. Да еще страховку впулят под эти же проценты. Красиво жить не запретишь.
