Очереди — это главная проблема банка! На Юго-западной из 12 окон работают только 4! В электронной очереди клиентов в очереди 27 (!!!). Это никуда не годится. Мне нужно было просто взять выписку со счета в посольство. Итог: 4 часа убитого времени. Это издевательство и уважающий своих клиентов банк не имеет права позволять себе подобное. Поэтому и оценка соответствующая. Буду ли я и дальше держать деньги в этом банке? Однозначно - нет.

Офис очень долго обслуживает. Очереди надо ждать 1—1,5 как минимум. Очень медленно все. В целом хорошо, на вопросы ответят, все сделают, что все равно не избавит от ошибок. Но ждать.... Надо что-то делать или с количеством персонала или со скоростью их работы.
