Не в восторге от этого банка. Вот и сегодня. Пришла в 15:40 заплатить кредит. Так они уже закрыты. Ну и писали б режим работы как захотим. Как то хотела заплатить через кассу. Так такую эпопею устроили. Тыкали что нельзя. На бумажку на двери кассы. Настроение испортили тогда. Не советую с ними связываться. И сама больше не буду.

Этот банк шарашкина контора, рекомендую держаться подальше. Обман на обмане. Мои же деньги которые лежат на счету в банке не хотят возвращать, должен ждать якобы месяц. Когда я беру кредит должен платить %ты , а когда мои деньги у них они не платят мне%ты. Нарушают права человека. Хотел закрыть в один день два кредита досрочно. Приняли только одно заявление, как будто в один день нельзя, точнее когда наступит срок гашения первого кредита, только после этого можно написать заявление на второй кредит чтобы досрочно закрыть. Получается если я не в один день пишу заявление я больше заплачу. Что обычные консультанты, что кто сидят в Уфе все врут. Как я понял что они обманывают и это мошенничество. Я в этот день поехал в Уфу. Дай думаю зайду в птб там рядом было. А там мое втлрое заявление приняли уже. Не успели договориться хдхдд. Так что думаю в суд буду подавать за все это. То что они обманывают обычных граждан и самое интересное в том что они говорят они же простые консультанты они не в курсе. Пусть спрашивают тогда раз ничего не знают

Хорошее обслуживание. Вежливые и грамотные сотрудники. Но вчера 11.04.2020 хотел снять деньги с депозита, но увы банк оказался закрыт. Хотя бы одного сотрудника оставили. А деньги нужны были ещё вчера.
