Сожалеем, что Вам отказали в кредите, но эта ситуация не исключительная в нашем банковском деле. Принимая решение, финансовый консультант оценивает все возможные риски и финансовые обстоятельства клиента. Мы не можем комментировать решение консультанта, не имея представления о Вашей истории, при этом уверены, что ""просто так, непонятно почему"" отказать в кредите наши сотрудники не могут, так как заинтересованы в выдаче кредита не меньше, чем в перспективе его возврата. В случае отрицательного решения по заявке финансовый консультант поясняет причину отказа и рекомендует клиенту, какие меры необходимо предпринять, чтобы исправить ситуацию, препятствующую получению кредита. Обычно клиенты заинтересованы в том, чтобы понять, что именно повлияло не ""решение банка"", и благодарят сотрудников за подробные разъяснения.
