И снова негативный отзыв. Пришла выяснять когда могу забрать свою карту, съеденную банкоматов. В отделении не знают, а на горячей линии говорят, что сотрудник принимавший обращение сам должен меня оповестить. Ну начали снова своих коллег обзванивать, узнавать. В итоге дали информацию, что завтра карту можно забрать в другом отделении. И что вы думаете мне ее отдали? Приехала... Говорят ближе к вечеру только, ну почему нет регламента какого то? По сути вообще никто ничего ТОЧНО не знает!!!!

Помогли конечно, но как то частично. Сотрудники не очень в курсе как и что делать, консультируются по телефону(видимо на горячую линию звонят). Ожидание в очереди по работе с физ.лицами заняло минут 25. Во время решения моего вопроса, подошла видимо начальница и что то попросила сделать для нее. Ау, ничего, что я тоже время теряю?я сижу рядом.. Создалось впечатление, что после ремонта набрали весь новый персонал без опыта работы

Банк может и хороший. Но сотрудница с именем Вероника такая навязчивая , что только из за нее больше в этот банк ходить не хочется. Наверное так и зделаем. Украла у нас почти час драгоценного времени. Неужели руководителям банка всё равно кто у них работает.
