(Хороший банк). Если хотите взять кредит, то вам навяжут страховку от Росгосстраха которую вы не сможете вернуть даже через суд. Вердикт обходить стороной....

это самый отвратительный банк!более пренебрежительного отношения к клиентам я не встречал!более 2х месяцев рассматривают заявку не рефинансирование ипотеки!!!

Максимально ужасное отношение к клиенту!!! Выдали 500 € одной купюрой при покупке валюты перед поездкой в отпуск, которые не приняли в обращение в Черногории!!!! Пришла разменять эту купюру по 50 € , на что крупная в телосложении женщина , без бейджика, отправила меня к директору, кабинет которого был закрыт, потом ссылаясь на некий документ заявила, что они не разменивают купюры достоинством в 500€ (хотя у меня в руках доказательство покупки в их банке!!!!) А если я хочу разменять эту купюру, то банк берет за это % !! На каком основании?! А на основании решения самого банка! Банк захотел - решил так, завтра банк решит другое- выдаст другое решение. Т.е. банк изначально занимается обманом потенциальных клиентов. Прилагаю фото решения самого банка - без печати и подписи директора- эту бумажку -крупная телосложением женщина без бейджика - изначально не хотела давать мне в руки, а при и слове ФОТО быстренько выдала.

Обслуживание отвратительное,работать с клиентами не хотят Отправляют от специалиста к специалисту.14февраля пришла получить документы в госстрах, но сказали, что надо обращаться к специалисту,который оформлял кредит,а он сейчас на больничном. При этом сидят 3спец свободные, один клиент в банке..Условия не объясняют,информацию вытаскиватьприходится приходится пр
