Терминал по приему денег установлен в офисе банка. Банкомат сейчас временно убрали, т.к расширяется зона 24/7. Простите за временные неудобства.

Закрывала карту и счет сие банка, написала заявление, жду 45 дней, (05.06.219) прихожу закрывать счет, узнаю, что оказывается имею задолженность, хотя картой не пользовалась. Сотрудница банка, сидевшая в 4 окне, имя не помню, вроде Евгения, предложила написать заявление с просьбой аннулировать задолженность, приняла, прихожу через месяц и узнаю,что чудным образом мое заявление пропало, значит,задолженность не аннулировали и счет не закрыли. Спасибо за нервотрепку! Русанова А. А. Все исправила, за это ей спасибо) В Сбербанке и то к клиентам лучше относятся.

Меня напрягает, что ставка на вкладе "копилка" меняется каждый месяц. Только я занесу свои овер 10к, как ставка упала на 0,5%. Январь 5,5 февраль 5,5 март 5,0 Хотя с другой стороны другие банки и этого не предлагают.

Добрый день! Ставки по вкладам, счетам, кредитам и ипотеке снижаются вместе с учётной ставкой, которую устанавливает ЦБ РФ. В этом есть и позитивные моменты, которые могут оценить наши заёмщики.
