Здравствуйте. Возмутительна работа сотрудников банка. 29.01.20. Пришел в данное заведение в 17.40. Работает отделение до 19.00. Взял талон к сотруднику банка. В банке на тот момент было два сотрудника, прием вел только один. В очереди к оператору я был вторым. Один человек подавал заявку на кредит. Второй был по записи на оформление кредита, которого приняли в 18.05. За мной очередь заняли ещё 2 человека. Сотрудники банка видели, что собирается очередь, но молчали. Все ожидающие ожидали, что всех примут, сидели и ждали. В 18.40 встаёт оператор и говорит, что она больше не кого принять не сможет, потому что банк работает до 19.00. Всем спасибо все свободны!!! У меня только один вопрос: если Вы видите, что обслуживание клиента, пришедшего по записи на выдачу кредита, займет час времени, почему не предупредить ожидающих сразу, не заставляя клиентов тратить свое время??? Лично я потратил больше часа, надеясь получить услугу и ушел ни с чем. Если бы это была не зарплатная карта, я бы точно не вернулся в Ваш банк после такого отношения к клиентам!

Игорь, спасибо за сообщение. Мы уже передали об этом руководителю и постараемся сделать так, чтобы в будущем клиенты обслуживались оперативно и качественно. Надеемся что вы измените ваше мнение и наше сотрудничество будет только расширяться.
