Очередей не встречал, персонал отзывчивый. Чё тут воркуют непонятно если честно. Приличный банк, приличные люди.

0 - именно этой оценки заслуживает банк. Ужасное обслуживание. Сотрудники ни разу не компетентные. Из-за компьютера выглядывают смотрят на эту длиннющую очередь, но не торопятся и сидят на расслабоне. Привязали зарплатную карту в организации, самостоятельно бы никогда не обратилась в этот банк
