Самый хреновый банк. Защел снять деньги с накопительного счета, потратил полтора часа времени. Открывал накопительный счет под 5,5 годовых, снял через 4 месяца, в итоге проценты насчитаны на 20% меньше от той суммы что должна была быть, на вопрос почему меньше получил ответ что оказывается в банке открытин проценты каким то чудесным образом изменяются автоматически каждый месяц не кведомляя клиента и не прописывая это в договоре.

Банковский продукт «Накопительный счет» является не срочным вкладом, а банковским счетом.В соответствии с действующим законодательством договоры банковского счета являются бессрочными. Банк вправе в одностороннем порядке изменять процентную ставку по счету при предварительном уведомлении клиентов, так как средства на счете размещаются на условиях до востребования. В случае изменения ставок мы уведомляем своих клиентов путем размещения информации на официальном сайте банка (www.open.ru) и информационных стендах в отделениях по обслуживанию клиентов-физических лиц не менее, чем за 10 дней до соответствующих изменений.

Ужас просто!!! Как в колхозе!! Увидела знакомую и по фигу видимо что народ стоит ждёт по талону провела через всех! И проработала! Неуважение полное!!!! Не отправляет отзыв без звезды, вот эта фиктивная, так минус 10 звёзд!!

Хороший банк правда только один в городе ну ладно вот ехал чтобы карту разблокировать и за минуты 15 все сделали. Сегодня опять поеду опять заблокировали

Ничего хорошего об этом банке сказать не могу. Один офис на весь город, и тот по выходным не работает. Если что случится - ждите до понедельника, никого ваши проблемы не волнуют, решить их невозможно.
