Пользователю almere. Напоминаю Вам о статье 128.1 УК РФ Клевета. Сотрудник банка действует в рамках внутренней политики и условий установленных банком. Вам были озвучены условия кредитования, если они вас не устраивали, вы вправе были отказаться и обратиться в другой банк. Поскольку вы оформили кредит и тем самым согласились на условия кредитования (обязательное страхование, подчёркиваю - обязательное) подтвердив собственноручной подписью, считаю некорректными и абсолютно неуместными высказывания в адрес сотрудника банка. Действия сотрудника банка полностью правомерны.

Приехала на обеде оплатить услуги. Подошла к кассиру, у нее проводились какие-то монтажные работы в кабинете и меня попросили подождать минут 15-20. Почему клиент должен ждать? Где клиентоориентированность? В этом случае кассир должна была попросить выйти мастера, обслужить клиента и потом продолжить работы
