Действительно хуже банка не существует, если у вас есть возможность держитесь подальше от Открытие, мой вам искренний совет. Им до Сбербанка как раком до Китая. Я даже не могу точно сказать есть ли в Сургуте что то, что работает дольше и хуже, чем этот банк.

Хуже банка, по-моему, не существует. Донельзя медлительные , не компетентные сотрудники. Простояла 40 мин, передо мной в очереди было 2 человека, работало 3 окна. Ушла,не получив услугу, т.к. время было ограничено. Даже единица за такое обслуживание- высокая оценка!

Отвратительный банк,, открытие" До оператора не дозвониться, автоответчик, как попугай, на нужные вопросы нет ответов. Да и руководство там мало порядочное:за 5лет что деньги лежали по страхованию жизни так еле-еле вернули, 1,5месяца им названивала, и %совсем маленькие дали, а обещали другие. Нет больше веры в такие банки👎👎👎

Заходила в банк оплатить за питание ребенка. Оплачитить нужно было через терминал.В зале не было консультанта,попросила операторов помочь. Никто не среагировал на неоднократную мою просьбу помочь. В итоге ушла не оплатив.
