Хочу добавить что после полного погашения кредита, не смотря на то что, получила справку о полном погашении кредита банк не передаёт в бюро кредитных историй информацию о том что кредит закрыт. По итогу кредит числится как дополнительная финансовая нагрузка! Нужно повторно ходить и писать всяких кучу заявлений чтобы передали информацию в БКИ. Бред просто! Другие банки все это делают автоматически!!! Не обращайтесь в этот банк, потратите кучу нервов! Не дай Бог больше иметь дел с этим банком!

Просто ужасный банк! Испортил кредитную историю по вине сотрудника банка! Чтобы взять справку о закрытии кредита нужно ждать 30 дней! Сотрудники некомпетентные, медленные! Хуже банка я не встречала ещё!
