Зарплатный банк. Часть персонала (Ульяна) отзывчива, помогает с выбором и консультацией. Другая часть (не реклама) разговаривает "через губу" - не приятное впечатление. Ну а так - нормально.

Замечательный персонал, удобный банк! Открыл вклад под приличные 5,3% в марте 2020 (когда ключевая ставка упала уже ниже плинтуса и другие банки предлагают в районе 4,5%). Также имею в Банке зарплатную карту с кешбеком 5% (на категории) и 1% на любые покупки и карту МИР premium связанную с картой VISA gold (вторая к слову добавлена в Apple Pay). Хочу сказать, что новое мобильное приложение очень удобное и комфортное, можно даже добавлять карты лояльности продуктовых магазинов и управлять своим вкладом, в общем - одно удовольствие. Сам банк принадлежит 100% государственной корпорации основанной В.В.Путиным (президентом РФ), а недавно снимал денежные средства в кассе со счета и выдали 100 рублевыми пластиковыми купюрами к ЧМ2018 решил оставить пару-тройку тысяч (30 купюр) для истории, в комплекте выдали и монеты номиналом 25 рублей Сочи 2014 и ЧМ 2018! В общем для истории круто!

Самый не адекватный банк который я встречал , в банк не дозвониться , просто трубки не берут , а если берут то просто сбрасывают , интернет банк оставляет желать лучшего . Тольятти
