Данное отделение Банка Москвы находится в одном здании со «старым выходом» из м. Автозаводская. Помещение не большое в нем работает 4 операциониста и касса, так же имеется 2 банкомата, все находится в одном помещении. Поскольку данное отделение банка расположено очень близко от выхода из метро в нем постоянная очередь и толчея. Что бы попасть к банкомату или к кассе в рабочее время банка, нужно выстоять очередь минут 30 – 40. Зато достаточно удобен вход с улицы, никаких лестниц или ступенек, можно зайти с коляской, если конечно сумеете протиснуться. При наличии у вас карты Банка Москвы включая социальную карту москвича, которая является визой элекрон БМ, вы можете через кассу или банкомат со своей карты оплачивать за ЖКУ без комиссии, только предварительно нужно внести необходимые средства на карточку, это так же можно сделать через банкомат или кассу. Сотрудники данного отделения банка спокойные, доброжелательные, всегда рады помочь подсказать или проконсультировать по различным банковским услугам.
