Очень тесный офис, народу всегда очень много, персонал работает медленно и не всегда профессионально.Чтобы забрать пластиковую карту, надо отстоять в очереди больше часа. СМС уведомления не приходят. Целый день пытаюсь дозвониться в отделение , никто трубку не подымает, через кулцентр тоже не реально дозвониться!!!

Отделение, как обычное отделение банка, сервис обслуживания стандартный, но вот доступность отделения не предусмотрена для инвалидов колясочников а так же граждан с детьми в колясках, это большой минус, мне кажется в 21 веке то...
