Что касается обслуживания по кредитным картам в Банке Москвы, то с этим у меня проблем не возникало. Даже с получением денег из банкоматов. Однако с автокредитованием у Банка, по-видимому, не все так гладко. Первый серьезный опыт общения с Банком Москвы был такой. Заявка на экспресс-кредит была рассмотрена быстро, принято положительное решение. Карту для оплаты кредита на автомобиль выпустили тоже сразу. Но вот незадача – закрывать автокредит можно только в том отделении, где обслуживаются мои счета. Мне это неудобно, поскольку оформлялся кредит на авто совсем в другом районе. Выходит так, что взять кредит можно в любом офисе, а обслуживание по нему возможно только в одном?
