Хочу сказать спасибо ещё руководству (или менеджерам) за хорошую линейку вкладов- просты, понятны,без обмана и подводных камней. Именно за проценты и простоту выбрала именно этот банк. Удачи и процветания.

Хочу написать отзыв с благодарностью за работу сотрудникам и руководству этого отделения. Я влюясь вкладчиком уже более 3 лет, всегда со стороны персонала только уважение, корректность, доброжелательность. Причем все сотрудники , работающие с физ лицами терпеливы и грамотны, так как вижу что иногда приходит много пожилых людей и им всегда грамотно и доходчиво всё объясняют. нет очередей, 2-4 человека это я считаю не очередь, тем более видно что сотрудники стараются обслужить как можно скорее. Я не помню фамилии всех, прямо вот всем спасибо,запомнились только 2 молодых человека -павел и кажется Андрей- очень вежливы , идевушки Сизикова (или примерно так фамилия звучит) и Другие,Юлия кажется. Но так как хожу часто, то попадаю к разным- все молодцы. и видно что доброжелательность- норма в этом коллективе, помогают друг другу подсказывают что и как если кто-то новенький. Очень приятно иметь дело с такими людьми.

Вечный поток людей,чистоту не заметила,один консультант,банкомат неудобен,тем что он у входа,заходишь и очереди и быстро оказываешься у дверей,а там как раз заходят и не знаешь где встать и дожидатся очереди своей.
