Уважаемый банк ! Приезжая к вам на молодежный 3 а последний месяц я не могу припарковать автомобиль на вашу парковку ! Грузовик с надписью «все по 149 рублей» занимает 2 места ! Им написать возможности нет ! Так как их адрес не зарегистрирован !! Пожалуйста , примите меры !

Проработали с банком 9 лет. 20.09.2018 несанкционировано были списаны 40000руб. в пользу третьих лиц. После обнаружения списания денег позвонили в горячую линию, чтобы заблокировали списание. Отфутболили к своим операторам, они сказали, что уже не на работе в банке. Звоните завтра. Мне не помогло, что токен только у меня, что есть смс уведомления, что был сделан срочный звонок в горячую линию, что не делал платежи вечером, что плачу зарплату только через зарплатные реестры. Все равно ушел платеж в вечергее время после 19.00, а банковские роботы не проконтролировали. Платеж ушел какой-то Моте с основанием премия за сентябрь. Банк не обещает вернуть деньги. Вынуждены были расторгнуть с банком все отношения.

Банк нравится. Обслуживание хорошее, если непонятно - проконсультируют. Мне помогли сделать какой-то сложный международный перевод, нашли какие-то необходимые для этого данные. Хороший обменный курс для покупки валюты. Очередей практически нет. Банк работает и по субботам.
