Рефинансировал свои два кредита, ставка хорошая, оформление быстрое. Очередей в банке нет (возможно из-за ситуации в мире).

Оформляла вклад еще до этого карантина. Понравилось обслуживание. Девушка мне попалась очень милая и компетентная во всех вопросах, которые меня интересовали. При таком обслуживании приятно иметь дело.

Душно, невозможно находится в помещении. Все кондиционеры выключены. Объясняют, что у них работают беременные женщины. Видимо, им не нужно дышать воздухом. Пока стоял в очереди, чуть в обморок не упал

Заказал карточку в это отделение,оставил заявку на сайте,делали буквально два дня,в офисе подписывал бумаги минут 10.Обслуживание достойное.

"Странный" банк: при переводе денег клиенту банка , производимого в самом филиале банка с суммы 450 рэ - взимают комиссию аж 50 рэ с лишним! Больше никаких переводов в этом банке (представляю, сколько "они" возьмут комиссионных, если сумма будет с тремя 000...). Лучше обходить стороной такие банки
