Суббота, работают 2 девушки. Одна из них то ли ничего не знает, то ли что-то у неё зависает. Но клиент у неё просидел больше часа точно. Вторая к ней постоянно бегала и с ней разговаривала об ситуации с клиентом. Живая очередь. Ожидание обслуживания 30 минут. Само обслуживание норм. За время ожидания клиента 3-4 ушли. Добровольно сюда не пойду.

Не могу дозвониться ни в банк ни на горячую линию. А хранила всегда немалые суммы, этого делать больше не буду. В случае чего куда лететь с просьбой заблокировать карту. Кошмар..

Какой-то идиот взял кредит в этом банке и указал мой номер телефона, хотя я этого человека не знаю. Да и живем мы в разных городах области.Неоднократно обращалась к оператору с просьбой отключить услугу, но до сих пор приходят СМС-сообщения о том, что мой долг передадут коллекторам. Уважаемый руководители банка: прежде чем выдавать кредит человеку, прозвоните указанный будущим клиентом данный телефон. Или вам все равно-кому выдавать, лишь бы побольше брали?????
