Дополню,не только медленно обслуживают ,но и не компетентны в своей работе. Заявку оставляла на возврат средств,так они её в работу не пустили даже. Это шарашкина контора получается,а не банк

Взял товар в кредит, через этот банк. После первого платежа увидел что сумма кредита не уменьшается. В чате мне сообщили, что она не должна уменьшатся, так как в начале списывают проценты. Мне такой расклад не устроил, я решил закрыть кредит досрочно. Придя в банк, мне сотрудник сообщила, что какой то сбой произошёл и они не могут закрыть кредит и по этой же причине, не уменьшилась сумма кредита, после первого платежа. Составила обращение, сказала, что рассматривать будут 3 дня, а именно до 03.09.2021. Сегодня уже 06.09.2021, обращение продлили до 10.09.2021. По итогу, скоро второй платёж, по которому деньги списываются, а кредит не гасится и закрыть полностью кредит тоже не могут. При этом, присылают предложение взять кредит под 5,9%. Выглядит как издевательство. Сожалею, что связался с банком.
