самый ужасный банк из всех! начнем по порядку: 1) горячая линия платная, деньги снимают уже с первого гудка, а ждать приходится порой до получаса. 2) Нарушают требования договора, а именно передачу персональных данных третим лицам. 3) Отдел изысканий находится только на горячей линии. 4) В банке из 6 или 7 окон работают только 1,5. 5) заказал справку в отделении банка, в итоге прошла неделя, а справки нет до сих пор. 6) На офф сайте даже нет города нижневартовска и вопрос официально тут офис или нет я думаю актуален. 7) на офф сайте есть функция напишите нам сообщение мол чтобы не звонить, ну я написал прошел месяц ответа нет. 8) нету парковки возле отделения! машину поставить просто негде! 9) персонал не квалифицированный на мои вопросы нет ответов, в частности были вопросы по выписке по счету, ни на один вопрос не получил ответ! Ответ у всех один: звоните на горячую линию, на которую дозвониться не реально, да еще и платно, видимо банку не хватает комиссионки вот и зарабатывают на платных линиях

Очередь да, но все вопросы решили, очень приветливый и компетентный персонал, жаль не запомнила девушку-операциониста по имени, слева за стойкой первая.

Пользуюсь всеми услугами банка. Да, есть недочеты, но они некритичны. Например подождать 1го человека в очереди. Или нет например работы с валютой в полном обьеме. И такое. А за все прочие услуги я ставлю твердую "5", и продолжайте так.
