Не рекомендую этот банк. Лучше выберите любой другой. Как минимум у них нет бесплатно горячей линии, как максимум обслуживание так себе

Алексей, добрый день. У нас есть бесплатный номер 8-800-700-800-6 для держателей дебетовых карт и вкладов. Для держателей кредитных продуктов есть платный номер 8-495-785-82-22. Так же у нас всегда доступен онлайн чат (ссылка в мобильном приложении или на нашем сайте). Уточните, пожалуйста, чем именно не понравилось обслуживание?

Написано,что работают с 10:00. В 10:30,когда на входе собралась очередь человек в 20 пришла пьяная женщина с ключами от отделения. Открыли с божьей помощью к 10:40 Электронная очередь не работает, из всех банкоматов функционирует один. Передумала открывать счёт в этом банке

Очередной лохотрон. Платил одну сумму 3 месяца . после все поменялось. Перевели на другой платеж и сумму выставили 200тыс вместо 150тыс . уроды

Считаю, что меня обманули. Пришла в 2023 году на переоформление вклада. Сотрудница сказала, что договор можно пролонгировать на год и сделала отметку в компьютере. Я забрала проценты и ушла. Пришла в 2024 году, и тут-то выяснилось, что пролонгации договора не было. Вклад закрыли и он пролежал на беспроцентном счёте. Никто мне об этом не сообщил в течение года. В банке меня выставили полной дурой. Потратила на горячую линию 500 руб, но никто мне перезвонил, чтобы помочь с этим вопросом. Я пенсионерка и эти проценты были мне очень нужны
