Не советую! Достоинства: нет Недостатки: долго, без результативно, некомпетентные сотрудники Обратилась в Газпромбанк для рефинансирование кредитов сторонних банков. В первый визит принесла весь необходимый пакет документов. Посмотрели - покрутили, начали вносить данные и выяснилось, что необходим номер кредитной карты. Ладно, пришла на следующий день, приняли документы. Через 3 дня мне позвонил менеджер, сообщили, что один из документов не верен. Пошла взяла новую справку, принесла в банк. Через несколько дней, снова звонок, уже другой документ не верен. Снова пошла и вязяла уже другую справку. Тишина продлились в течении недели. Затем последовал новый звонок, выяснилось, что еще трудовую книжку с их слов заверили не верно... Мои хождения продолжались в течении месяца. В скоре поступил долгожданный звонок руководству, для подтверждения верности предоставленных мною данных. Менеджер была не компетентна, задавала странные вопросы генеральному директору, а самое интересное, ведь все это понимают, если я подала в банк справку по форме банка, значит как и у многих заработная плата "официальная", последовал вопрос генеральному директору, а почему Вы выдали не справку 2 НДФЛ, а справку по форме банка? Вы что там такие умные что ли? После (в этот же день) позвонили мне, спрашивали по скрипту, что да как (кто я, где работаю и т. п.) После последнего разговора через 15 минут поступил отказ! Вот и потеряла я месяц времени, блуждений за новыми справками, да еще и без рефинансирования осталась( Спрашивается, что за сотрудники, которые сразу не могут сказать, что верно, а что нет??? Работают всего 2 менеджера в смену, очень долго обслуживают, сидела постоянно в очереди от 30 до часа.

Ужасно волокитный банк Достоинства: никаких Недостатки: одни минусы Попыталась взять кредит потребительский, шансы были высокие. Обещали решение в течение 2-х раб. дней, волокиту растянули на целую неделю, принесите то, принести это, все сделала как они хотели, надежда была 100%. А потом неделю спустя облом. Че сразу же нельзя было решить, сначала обнадежили, а потом . ОЧЕНЬ УЖАСНЫЙ БАНК, ОБМАНЫВАЮТ.
