Добрый день! Переполнена чаша терпения! Я не любитель жаловаться, но просто нет сил! Первоначально брали ипотеку в этом банке, но через ПИК, сотрудник сработал отлично. Кредитный Договор тоже подписывали в ПИКЕ, в отделение не ездил. Все было нормально до рождения 4 ребенка и рефинансирования. Валерия и её руководитель Святослав Злобин затянули заключения договора рефинансирования более чем на полтора месяца. То каких то документов нет от пика( при этом все документы ПИКА В ОТКРЫТОМ ДОСТУПЕ!!!), то Валерия на больничном и Святослав взял мои документы. И как только святослав взял документы, вообще банк перестал выходить на связь. С горем пополам после моих настоятельных просб заключили и рефинансировали. Ситуация вторая: я привел друга, оформил документы, у Вас в банке 2000 платят..., ЛОЖЬ НЕ ПЛАТЯТ!!! Каждый сотрудник обещал разобраться, сыт по горло вашими разборками. И третья ситуация!!! ГОС ПОДДЕРЖКА 450 000. Подал документы в " своё любимое отделение а Марьино" 03.10.2019 срок рассмотрения и перечисления по закону 19-21 рабочий день. Ровно через 19 дней звоню в отделение, они мне отвечают, что мои документы на расстоянии в АО ДОМ РФ, звоню в АО, там отвечают что у них документов нет. Итак несколько дней подряд... 6 ноября опять звоню-песня та же. Звоню в АО и они мне говорят что из банка документы поступили только 2 ноября!!! Банк мои документы рассмотривал месяц, ЦЕЛЫЙ МЕСЯЦ, вместо положенных семи дней. На все мои вопросы на горячую линию или менеджеру, ответ один- мы не знаем, мы проверим и т.д. Идея хорошая, исполнители подкачали!!! Больше никому не посоветую Ваш банк. И во всех организациях многодетных семей такую характеристику дам... Я очень буду рад пообщаться с представителями банка, только с ответствеными лицами!!! Все мои данные есть в отделении на Люблинской. Дьяконов Денис.
