Отвратительный банк!!! Филиал в нашем городе закрыли. У нас возникли проблемы с картой и документами. На карте застряли деньги. Вывести я их не могу. Банк не может решить проблему дистанционно. Не могут пойти на встречу. Предлагают посетить офис. А это в другой области!!! Ехать возможности нет. Банк,закрывая офис в городе, не подумал о клиентах. Работать удалённо они не умеют. Операторы совершенно не компетентные, каждый раз дают мне разную информацию

Банк отвратительный, клиенты приходят ждут по несколько часов, сотрудников не хватает или постоянно болеют,а те которые работают очень узкоспециализированные,приложение в использовании не удобно. Сходите в банк всё увидите сами
