Хотел оформить карту, нужен был кэш бек, предложили карту премиум, сказали, что условия 15тр тратишь и получаешь определённые бонусы, в итоге когда пришел получать, сказали что ошиблись и бонусов этих не будет. Просидел в очереди 1,5 часа, чтобы узнать что обманули.

Всем доброго времини суток！Была клиентом этого банка,брала потребительский кредит.Очень хочу отметить -это приветливые,отзывчивые специалисты данного банка.Хотела бы выделить специалиста по работе с физическими лицами это-Вероника Черкас. Это грамотный,приветливый,внимательный,отзывчивый сотрудник. В банке очень приятная атмосфера,есть чем занять ребенка,имеется куллер,что не мало важно. Обязательно,по необходимости,обращусь снова в этот банк. Рекомендую всем своим знакомым и друзьям. И знаю,что уже ни один из них обратился в этот банк и остался доволен.Рекомендую и Вам！

Являюсь постоянным клиентом банка! Очень нравится обслуживание. Операторы очень внимательные, вежливые. И конечно нравится одобрение по кредиту. И невысокие проценты!
